Deleting a ZIP Code

To delete a ZIP code:

1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.

2. In the System Maintenance window, select the ZIP Codes option button.

3. In the System Maintenance — Zip Code window, select the ZIP code you want to delete in the selection box and click Remove. A message is displayed, asking if you are sure you want to delete the ZIP code.

4. Click Yes to delete the ZIP code from the system.
