Changing a ZIP Code

To change ZIP code information:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the System Maintenance window, select the ZIP Codes option button.
In the System Maintenance — Zip Codes window, select the ZIP code and city you want to change in the selection box and click Change. A window is displayed where you can edit the ZIP code.
Type your changes to the ZIP code and click OK.
