Performing Insurance Functions > Using the Insurance Eligibility Service
To verify insurance eligibility for multiple carriers:
Ensure that your web browser is open.
From a patient’s chart, select Functions > Financial Functions > Insurance Eligibility.
OR
From a patient’s Financial Functions window, select Functions > Insurance Eligibility.
The Insurance Eligibility window is displayed.
Select the carrier for which you want to verify eligibility and click Verify. The Insurance Eligibility Response window is displayed.
Use the scroll bar to view each page of the eligibility response, or click Print to print the report.
Click Close to close the window.
