Using the Recall Monitor Report

Use the Recall Monitor report to view details regarding financial ratings, current status, start dates, and other information pertaining to patients that have recalls.

To generate the Recall Monitor report:

  1. From within the Zuelke Financial Module, select Recall Monitor. The Recall Monitor pane is displayed.

  2. In the Month(s) to Print area, select the date range you want to display from the Print between field and the And field.

  3. From the Doctor(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Doctors> to display Recall Monitor information for all doctors in your practice, or you can select an individual doctor's name to display Recall Monitor information for a specific practitioner.

  4. From the Location(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Locations> to display Recall Monitor information for your entire practice, or you can select an individual location to display Recall Monitor information for a specific office.

  5. From the Tx Coordinator(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Tx Coordinator> to display Recall Monitor information for all staff members who coordinate treatment, or you can select a specific treatment coordinator to display Recall Monitor information for an individual.

    • You can click Archives to display the Archives window. This window displays a list of previous Recall Monitor reports. Double-click a report to view it.

  1. Click Print. The Recall Monitor window is displayed. It includes the following details:

  2. Financial Rating

  3. Patient Age

  4. Current Status

  5. Recall Date

  6. Records/Consult/Start Dates

  7. Next Recall Date

  8. Return months

  9. NoTx

  10. Dentist

  11. Office

  12. Doctor

  13. Treatment Coordinator

  14. Assistant

  1. Click Print to generate the report.
