Using the Accounts Receivable Report

Use the Accounts Receivable report to analyze financial information and calculate an appropriate return relative to the size of the practice as measured by production.

To generate the Accounts Receivable report:

  1. From within the Zuelke Financial Module, select Accounts Receivable. The Accounts Receivable pane is displayed.

  2. In the Report Type area, select one of the following options:

  3. Delinquent Accounts

  4. Credit Accounts

  5. Positive Total Balance

  1. In the Print For area, select one of the following options:

  2. Patients

  3. Insurance

  4. In the Totals Only area, you can select Totals Only to display just the accounts receivable totals.

  1. From the Order by drop-down list, select one of the following options:

  1. From the Doctor(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Doctors> to display Accounts Receivable information for all doctors in your practice, or you can select an individual doctor's name to display Accounts Receivable information for a specific practitioner.

  2. From the Location(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Locations> to display Accounts Receivable information for your entire practice, or you can select an individual location to display Accounts Receivable information for a specific office.

  1. Click Print. The Delinquent Patient Accounts window is displayed.

  2. Click Print to generate the report.
