Use the Case Start Tracking report to review when a case began.
Before running the Case Start Tracking report for the first time, you must configure 1st Time Starts, Addl Ph Starts, and Retreats in the Zuelke Monitor Setup; Contract Types in the Contract Type Setup; and Paid in Full Discount adjustments in the Paid in Full Adjustment Types Setup.
To generate the Case Start Tracking report:
From within the Zuelke Financial Module, select Case Start Tracking. The Case Start Tracking pane is displayed.
In the Month(s) to Print area, select the date range you want to display from the Print between field and the And field.
In the Patient risk group area, select one of the following options:
A's (includes unrated patients)
B's and C's (includes 100% Courtesy)
From the Doctor(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Doctors> to display Case Start Tracking information for all doctors in your practice, or you can select an individual doctor's name to display Case Start Tracking information for a specific practitioner.
From the Location(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Locations> to display Case Start Tracking information for your entire practice, or you can select an individual location to display Case Start Tracking information for a specific office.
From the Tx Coordinator(s) drop-down list, you can select <All Tx Coordinator> to display Case Start Tracking information for all staff members who coordinate treatment, or you can select a specific treatment coordinator to display Case Start Tracking information for an individual.
You can click Archives to display the Archives window. This window displays a list of previous Case Start Tracking reports. Double-click a report to view it.
Click Print. The Case Tracking Report window is displayed.
Click Print to generate the report.
