Setting Up OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module Options

OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module features are only active prior to version 14.

To set up display options for the point-of-care module:

From the menu bar, select File > Point-of-Care Module Options. The Point-of-Care Options window is displayed.
To change the position of the navigation bar, tap the right column on the Nav Bar Position row and use the drop-down list to select the new position. Tap Apply to save your changes.
To change the position of the tabs on the Patient Information window, tap the right column on the Tabs Position row and use the drop-down list to select the new position. Tap Apply to save your changes.
To view the patient flow summary, tap the right column on the Display Flow Summary row and use the drop-down list to select the setting. Tap Apply to save your changes.
To change the lock password, tap the right column on the Lock Password (Numbers Only) row to select the existing password and type the new password. Tap Apply to save your changes.
To change the background that is displayed when the point-of- care module is locked, tap Change Lock Screen Background. The Please Choose Your Background Image window is displayed.
In the file section, navigate to the folder containing the picture you want to use as your background and double-tap the folder. The files in the folder are displayed in the bottom pane. Select the file you want to use as your background.
In the Picture Display field, use the drop-down list to select how the picture should display on the screen.
Tap Choose Color to display the Color window and select a background color. Tap OK.
Tap Apply to save your changes and keep the Please Choose Your Background Image window open, or tap OK to save your changes and close the window.

Tap OK.
