Using the OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module Function Buttons

• OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module features are only active prior to version 14.

The function buttons enable you to access information about patients scheduled for the current day, patients from a past or future schedule day, or patients you have accessed using the File > Open option.

The following buttons are available:

• Patient Flow

  Returns you to the OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Patient Flow window from any of the other windows.

• Patient Info

  Displays the Patient Information window for the selected patient.

• Charting

  Opens the Tx Card tab for the selected patient in the OrthoTrac charting module.

• Imaging

  Opens the selected patient’s imaging chart in the orthodontic imaging software.

• Schedule

  Displays the schedule for the current day, a past day, or a future date.

• The Patient Flow, Patient Info, Charting, Imaging, and Schedule buttons are displayed on the navigation bar, also called the nav bar, which can be displayed on the left or right side of the OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Patient Flow window. See Setting Up Point-of-Care Module Options for more information.

• Lock  

  Locks the point-of-care module to prevent others from viewing patient information.

• OrthoTrac

  Displays the OrthoTrac main menu.

• Close

  Closes the point-of-care module.
