The <<ElectronicInitials>> and <<ElectronicSignature>> merge fields enable you to insert electronic initials or an electronic signature in a letter.
Create a letter as you typically would, and insert the <<ElectronicInitials>> or <<ElectronicSignature>> merge field where you want to insert the initials or signature. See Adding a Letter for information on creating a letter.
