The <<ElectronicFarewell>> merge field enables you to insert a staff member’s electronic signature in a letter. Create a letter as you typically would, and insert the <<ElectronicFarewell>> merge field where you want to insert the staff signature.

If an electronic signature is not on file for the staff member sending the letter, the staff member’s name is automatically inserted in the farewell position.
