Removing Responsible Parties or Relatives

To remove a responsible party or relative from a patient chart:

Select the name of the person you want to remove in the ranking panel and click Remove.
The software displays a message, asking if you are sure you want to delete the person from the patient chart. Select Yes.
The software deletes the name and displays a message confirming that the name is deleted. Click OK to close the message window.

You cannot delete the last remaining responsible party from a patient chart. Each patient must have at least one responsible party assigned to them at all times. Also, a responsible party cannot be deleted if he is the only responsible party set to bring the patient to the appointment.
