Referrals Tab

• OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module features are only active prior to version 14.

The Referrals tab contains all of the referral information related to this patient.

Select one of the option buttons.

Select a name in the Referrals section to view the referral information.

To make changes to referral information, tap Edit Information. The Patient Information window is displayed.
