Demographics Tab

• OrthoTrac Point-of-Care Module features are only active prior to version 14.

By default, the Demographics tab is displayed. After a patient has been selected, the bottom of the Point-of-Care Patient Information window displays information about the selected patient. This information is also displayed when using the charting module and the orthodontic imaging software for this patient. The area is divided into three sections:

• General patient information

  Includes name, patient ID, gender, birth date, age, patient comments, and medical alerts.

• Treatment information

  Includes treatment type, status, start date, review date, model number, and so on.

• Basic financial information

  Includes patient balance, patient current, contract, insurance balance, insurance current, and so on.

Expand and Collapse Buttons

Tap the Expand button to view more of the patient information. Tap the Collapse button to minimize the amount of patient information.

To make changes to patient information, tap Edit Information. The Patient Information window is displayed. See Using the Patient Information Window for more information.
