Using Patient Tracking

The Patient Tracking function enables you to view logged records of appointments, posted letters, recall history, scanned documents, e-mail, and procedures performed for a patient.

The Patient Tracking function also contains a document storage feature that enables you to keep permanent electronic copies of your correspondence with patients, doctors, and so on, eliminating the need to file paper copies in a patient’s chart. You can also scan letters, insurance cards, EOBs, and other documents.
