Running the NoShow report and deleting the calendar day are important parts of managing your practice. Running this report not only automates some tasks but also provides important patient and practice information. A safety feature prevents you from accidentally deleting a day if valid appointments are still on the day.
It is strongly recommended that you run the NoShow report on a regular basis.

The NoShow report is flexible. You can print letters for some patients and send recall cards to others, and you can choose to schedule appointments or leave the appointment as a recall.
