Creating Schedule Reports

OrthoTrac contains many scheduling reports that enable you to track your scheduled appointments and keep up with your office’s productivity. In addition, many of the schedule reports can be linked to the Office Expert feature.

To create a schedule report:

  1. From the main menu, select Reports > Schedule and one of the report options.

  2. Depending on the report option you select, an interim window is displayed, enabling you to select specific criteria you want to include in the report. Click Print. The Print Options window for that report type is displayed.

  3. On the Print Options window, select Print Report, Preview Report, or Export Contents.

  4. Click OK.
