Light Bar Options

To access light bar options:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Patient Flow Options from the menu bar. The Patient Flow Options window is displayed.
Click Light Bar Options. The Light Bar Options tab is displayed.

The selections in the Light Bar Options tab are as follows:

Light Bar Doctors
Enables you to add doctors to the light bar and assign colors to each doctor.
- To add doctors to the light bar, click Add New. A doctor is added to the list in numerical order (Doctor 1, Doctor 2, and so on.)
- To change the name of the doctor, select the doctor and click Change, or double-click the doctor’s name to select it. Type the new name.
- To change a color for a doctor, double-click on the color. A palette of 5 colors is displayed. Select the color you want.
- To remove a doctor from the list, select the doctor and click Remove.
Chair Setup
Enables you to change the number of chairs displayed on the light bar and edit the chair name.
- To change the number of chairs displayed on the light bar, use the drop-down list and select the number of chairs to display.
- The value entered in this field is also displayed in the Number of Chairs for Light Bar field on the Charting Maintenance window. It is necessary to set only one of the fields; the value entered in one field is automatically entered in the other.
- To edit the chair name, double-click on the chair name to select it and type the new name.
- This is the only area in the software where you can edit chair names.
Display options

Click OK.
