Using the OrthoTrac Communications Module
Familiarize yourself with the following terms and concepts you encounter when using the communications module:
A customizable list of questions that enables you to gather information about your patient and generate letters reporting clinical findings in layman’s terms for patients/responsible parties and in clinical terms for general dentists, referring doctors, and doctors to whom the patient is being referred.
A feature built into the questionnaires that allows you to customize the answer type for a new question you are adding, choosing between multiple answer, single answer, answer prompt, tooth chart, and several other choices.
Merge Field ButtonsMerge Field Buttons
The Response to Questionnaires button within the word processing module, in the Add-Ins tab, allows you to insert a block of questionnaire responses into a letter.
