Using the Portrait Feature to Add an Image

Your office can take digital images of patients during an appointment and use them for future reference. You can associate a digital photograph of your patients so it is available for viewing in the Patient window.

There are two ways to associate an image with a patient in the Portraits window:

Using the Browse buttonUsing the Browse button Navigate to any folder or file on your network to select an image.
Using the Imaging buttonUsing the Imaging button Narrow your search to images that have already been scanned and associated with the patient's record, or to images already attached to the patient in OMS imaging software, if your office uses this software application.
