Marking Appointments as Cancellations or No-Shows

To mark an appointment as a cancellation or no-show:

  1. On the WinOMS toolbar, click Scheduler. The Appointment Scheduler window is displayed to the current date and the multi-provider Daily Detail view.

  2. Right-click the appointment you want to mark as a cancellation or no-show.

  3. Click Cancellation or No Show. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm the action.

  4. Click Yes.
