Scheduling Appointments > Tracking Cancellations, No-Shows, and Deletions
To mark an appointment as a cancellation or no-show:
On the WinOMS toolbar, click . The Appointment Scheduler window is displayed to the current date and the multi-provider Daily Detail view.
Right-click the appointment you want to mark as a cancellation or no-show.
Click Cancellation or No Show. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm the action.
Click Yes.
