Tracking Cancellations, No-Shows, and Deletions

You can remove appointments in the Appointment Scheduler by cancelling them, marking them as no-shows, or deleting them. You can compile lists of cancelled, no-show, or deleted appointments using the Appointment Status report.

Cancelled, no-show, and deleted appointments can be periodically purged from the software.
