From the Patient window, select Workspace > Claims. The Claims tab displays the patient's claims.
Use the selection criteria to filter the view by office and insurance form type. The basic information for each claim is displayed, such as date, form number, claim number, NEA status, and submission type.
These options are available for each claim:
Select Hold to hold this claim without submitting.
Display in Queue is selected by default. De-select this option if you do not want this claim in the Insurance Queue.
Select Print to print or preview.
Select View Details to open the Claim Detail window.
Select Resubmit to return claim to the Insurance Queue.
Select Edit to display the Claim Modification
window and change the ranking order of the diagnosis codes for this
claim.

Select Unbill to remove the claim from the Insurance Queue, if you need to cancel the claim or edit the charges.
Select Remark to add a comment to the claim.
