To record the patient’s vital signs manually, click directly on the graph to create a data point for each specific reading. Each type of reading is represented by a different color, as indicated by the legend on the left. The software cycles through each reading, beginning with Systolic, then Diastolic, Pulse, O2 Stat, Temp, and Resp.
Only vital signs enabled in the legend are recorded. To disable or override a vital sign for the graph, deselect the Enable Graphing checkbox for that sign on the Legend tab.
The Elapsed Time is displayed directly under the graphs. Use the arrows on the right to move the graph as time progresses.
The purpose of the anesthesia records module is to create a record. It is not to be used as a monitoring device.
