You can use the KIOSK check-in module to set up a KIOSK station for your waiting room that your patients can use to sign themselves in when they arrive for appointments.
The KIOSK displays a Welcome window you can customize for your practice. This window has instructions for proceeding to the next window for signing in.
From the Welcome window, the patient is presented with a series of windows where he is asked to enter the following information:
When the patient has successfully signed in, a message is displayed, telling the patient that the office is aware of his arrival.
If the sign-in was not successful, a message is displayed, telling the patient to see the receptionist.
You can customize the messages used in the Goodbye window to suit the needs of your practice.
