Installing the KIOSK Check-In Module on a Workstation

Install the KIOSK check-in module on the computer your patients will use to check in. This computer does not need to have the full version of SoftDent installed, only the KIOSK module.

• After the module is installed, you must activate the KIOSK from the SoftDent software on the SoftDent server.

To install the KIOSK module on a computer:

1. Verify that all programs are closed, navigate to softwaredownload.csdental.com, and download the SoftDent software.

2. Click the downloaded ISO file. The Directory window is displayed.

3. Double-click InstallMenu.exe. The SoftDent Scheduler Installation window is displayed.

4. Select Install SoftDent KIOSK. The installer program is launched.

5. Follow the instructions in the installer.
