Sending and Receiving eForms

Typically, you set up the times to automatically send and receive eForms ahead of time, but you can manually send and receive eForms, if necessary.

Sending eForms

To send eForms to a specific patient:

 

Assign forms to the patient, as described under Adding or Removing eForms. In the Scheduler, click on an appointment, and select eForms > Send eForms Now from the options panel at the left side of the window.

To send eForms to all patients who meet the criteria you previously specified:

 

Select System > Modules > eForms > Send eForms. This command causes all qualifying eForms to be sent and received.

Receiving eForms

To receive eForms, do the following:

 

Select System > Modules > eForms > Receive eForms. This command causes all completed eForms to be received.

Once you have received eForms, you need to review the completed forms to see what patient information might have changed. See Reviewing eForms for more information.
