Resending eForms

The Resend eForms function deletes all the forms that have been sent for an appointment and resends them.

This function can be helpful in several instances:

• You sent forms to the wrong e-mail address.

• The patient never received an e-mail.

• A particular form has been updated.

• The patient deleted the e-mail, etc.

• The patient's appointment is rescheduled for a day/time outside of the parameters in the eForms Configuration window.  

Example:You add two forms to an appointment from the scheduler and click Send eForms Now. Then you add one more form. If you click Send eForms Now, only the form you added last will be sent. If you click Resend eForms Now, all of the attached forms will be sent again.   

To resend eForms to a specific patient:

In the Scheduler, click on an appointment, and select eForms > Resend eForms Now from the options panel at the left side of the window.
