eServices > Using the eForms Module
The Resend eForms function deletes all the forms that have been sent for an appointment and resends them.
This function can be helpful in several instances:
You sent forms to the wrong e-mail address.
The patient never received an e-mail.
A particular form has been updated.
The patient deleted the e-mail, etc.
The patient's appointment is rescheduled for a day/time outside of the parameters in the eForms Configuration window.
To resend eForms to a specific patient:
In the Scheduler, click on an appointment, and select eForms > Resend eForms Now from the options panel at the left side of the window.
