Accepting Treatment Plan Groups

To change the treatment plan state to indicate that the patient has accepted the proposed treatment plan procedure:

1. On the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window, select the procedure, and select Click to change the treatment plan state on the Treatment Plan toolbar. The Change Treatment Plan State window is displayed.

2. Do one of the following:

3. To change the state of a group in the primary treatment plan:Select the state from the drop-down list in the Primary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

4. To change the state of a group in the secondary treatment plan:Select the state from the drop-down list in the Secondary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

5. To change the state of a group in the tertiary treatment plan:Select the state from the drop-down list in the Tertiary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

• If the patient does not agree to all procedures in the group, delete the unaccepted procedures or reassign them to another group number.

3. Click OK.
