Charting Treatment Plans

Using the charting module, you can:

• Chart primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment plan items

• Create treatment plan groups

• Enter clinical notes for plans

• Post completed treatment plan procedures

When the Treatment tab is the active window:When the Treatment tab is the active window:Existing treatment plan procedures are displayed. If you chart and post treatment plan items in the charting module, they are displayed in the patient's Treatment Plan window.
