Viewing Users by Security Task Access

In the Users By Rights window, you can select a restricted task and view a list of users who can perform the task. You can also restrict a user’s access to a task from this window.

To display a list of users who can perform a task:

1. Select System > Change System Settings > System Security > Users by Rights. The Users By Rights window is displayed.

2. Select the task from the drop-down list. The option next to the users who can access the task is marked. For a complete list of tasks by category, see Tasks with Limited Access.

4. To enable a user to perform the task:To enable a user to perform the task:Select the box next to the user's name.

5. To disable a user from performing the task:To disable a user from performing the task:Make sure the box next to the user’s name is not selected.

6. To prevent all users from performing the task:To prevent all users from performing the task:Click Unselect All.

7. To enable all users to perform the task:To enable all users to perform the task:Click Select All. This button is displayed only when no users have access to the task.

4. Click OK.
