Viewing Audit Trails

Using the Audit Trail feature, you can view a list of each completed task. If you have the appropriate security rights, you can display audit trails for transactions, scheduling, prescriptions, charting, security, PracticeToGo, reports, and archived transactions.

To view an audit trail, select System > View Audit Trails and select an option:

To view the transaction audit trail:

To view the HIPAA security audit trail:

The Audit Logging feature must be enabled in the HIPAA Options window to view this information. See Setting HIPAA Security and Privacy Options.
