The Six Room Dot Matrix Operatory Schedule report prints the appointments for up to six operatories in a compressed format. Medical alerts and appointment notes can be printed on a separate page.
To print the Six Room Dot Matrix Operatory Schedule report:
Select Reports > Recall/Appt > Daily Op Schedule > Dot Matrix Daily Op Schedule > Six Room Dot Matrix Op Schedule. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output option and click OK. The Six Room Operatory Schedule Report Setup window is displayed.
Click the drop-down arrow to select a date other than today's date in the Date section.
Type the operatory number for the operatory on which you want to report, or leave 999 to report on all operatories.
Select the Print Appointments & Medical Alerts checkbox to display additional information for specified patients. More...More...
An "N” followed by a number (for example: N10) indicates an appointment note.
An "A" followed by a number (for example: A5) indicates a medical alert.
If there is a note and a medical alert, the "A" notation is displayed, since the medical alert is usually more important. Notes and alerts display at the end of the report.
The patient name is displayed in capital letters if the appointment was confirmed.
Select the Use Page Breaks checkbox to specify whether to repeat room titles if the report extends beyond one page.
Type the number of copies of the schedule to print in the Copies section.
Click OK.
