You can generate the Scheduler Audit Trail reports by:
Date
User
Patient name
The Scheduler Audit Trail reports generate lists of the dates and times when appointments are:
Made
Shortened
Lengthened
Canceled
Entered into the tickler file
Use these reports to restore information that was accidentally deleted.
The following information associated with each appointment modification is included in all report results:
Date
Time
Name of the user who performed the task
Task description
Patient identification number
Patient’s name
These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
