Running the Scheduler Audit Trail By Patient Name Report

The Scheduler Audit Trail by Patient Name report generates a list of every appointment creation, modification, or deletion, sorted by patient.

Sample Report

To generate a list of appointment entries and modifications by the patient for whom the appointment was created:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Scheduler Audit Trail > By Patient Name. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Scheduler Audit Trail By Patient Name window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending patient names from the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
