Recall reports generate lists of patients due for recall. Reports can be merged with letters, sent to the Contact Expert, and printed on labels or postcards.
The date in the Next Recall due on or after: field in the Patient window must fall between the two dates specified in the Recall Report Setup window.
Any patients with the user code N (Do not recall) are omitted.
If the patient is included in the Recall report more times than allowed by the Maximum number of recall notices field in the Recall Settings window, the patient is not included in the Recall report.
If the patient has an appointment scheduled for a recall code, the patient is not included in the Recall report.
