Running Claim Reports

The software offers several practice management reports that contain useful insurance claim information.

Select Reports > Practice Management > Insurance Reports to run the following reports:

• Insurance Batch Preview Listing:Lists all the insurance claims in the batch file.

• Outstanding Claims By Company:Lists all outstanding primary and secondary dental and medical insurance claims sorted by insurance company.

• Outstanding Claims By Patient:Lists all outstanding primary and secondary dental and medical insurance claims sorted by patient name.

• Outstanding Claims with Benefit to Pat. by Co.:Lists all outstanding primary and secondary dental and medical insurance claims with a benefit owed to the patient, sorted by insurance company.

• Outstanding Claims with Benefit to Pat. by Patient:Lists all outstanding primary and secondary dental and medical insurance claims with a benefit owed to the patient, sorted by patient name.

• Unsubmitted Claims:Lists all unsubmitted charges for patients sorted by their service dates.

You can also print reports that list insurance companies and plans sorted alphabetically and by ID, and the Bluebook report.
