Running the Insurance Batch Preview Report

The Insurance Batch Preview report lists all the insurance claims in the batch file.

For each claim in the batch file, this report lists the patient's ID, name, insurance company, claim number, claim amount, and whether the claim can be submitted electronically. Code, description, tooth, and surface details are also included.

Sample Report

To run the Insurance Batch Preview report:

1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Insurance Reports > Insurance Batch Preview Listing. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output and click OK. The Batch Preview Report Setup window is displayed.

3. All options are selected by default in the Claims section. Deselect a claim type, if necessary.

4. Click OK.
