You can generate the Charting Audit Trail reports by:
Date
User
Patient name
Doctor
These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
The Charting Audit Trail reports generate lists of the dates and times when a chart or clinical note is deleted.
The following information is included in the reports:
Date
Time
Name of the user who deleted the information
The following information associated with each deleted note or chart are included in all reports:
Patient identification number and name
Production doctor identification number
Tooth or surface
