Running the Charting Audit Trail By Patient Name Report

The Charting Audit Trail by Patient Name report generates a list of every patient chart or clinical note deleted. The report is sorted by patient name.

Sample Report

To generate a list of chart or clinical note deletions by patient name:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Charting Audit Trail > By Patient Name. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Charting Audit Trail By Patient Name window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending patient names from the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
