Reprinting CareCredit Receipts

You can reprint a CareCredit sales draft or refund receipt for a customer, if necessary.

To reprint a CareCredit receipt:

1. Select an option:

2. In the Patient List window:Select the patient and click Transactions.

3. In the Patient window:Click Transactions.

The patient Transactions List window is displayed.

2. Select the CareCredit transaction (payment or refund) from the list.

3. Select CareCredit Integration > Print Receipt from the Options section of the Express bar.

4. If your security permissions enable you to edit transactions, you can also reprint the receipt by clicking Reprint Receipt in the Transactions window.
