You can specify how often a particular office expert should be run:
On specific days of the week
On or after the _ day of the month
Manually
If the security system is enabled, you must have the appropriate permission to perform this task. If you do not have the proper permissions and you want to set a frequency for an office expert item, see your software administrator.
To set the frequency for an office expert item:
From the Experts menu, select Office Expert. The Office Expert window is displayed.
Select Setup Experts from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The Office Expert Setup window is displayed.
Select the item from the Active Office Expert Entries list.
Click Set Frequency. The Office Expert Item Frequency window is displayed.
Select the desired frequency for the item, and click OK twice.
