Automatically Running Office Expert Items

To run office expert items automatically:

1. From the Experts menu, select Office Expert. The Office Expert window is displayed.

2. Select When To Run? from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The Office Expert Run Options window is displayed.

3. Select an option:

4. To run items every day at a specified time:Select Every day at a specified time and type the time you want the items to run in the field.

5. To run items every day when you log in:Select Every day when the user logs in.

6. To run items only when a user requests:Select Only when manually asked to by a user. If you select this option, items are not automatically generated.

4. Click OK.
