Scheduling Appointments > Using the Tickler
Missed appointments occur when a patient fails to cancel or attend an appointment. Run the Missed Appointments report to delete this information or enter the missed appointment information into the tickler file. To generate the report, see Running the Missed Appointments Report.
To add appointments to the tickler file while running the Missed Appointments report:
In the Missed Appointment Report Setup window, select Enter Missed Appointments into Tickler File.
Click OK.
