Using the Scheduler > Using the History Appointments Window
Before using the History Appointments window, you must:
Enable and set the properties for the feature
Run the Missed Appointments report
After you run the Missed Appointments report, all posted appointments can be displayed in the History Appointments window when a date range is selected.
This feature is enabled by default, but you can disable it if you do not use this information.
When the feature is enabled:
Posted appointments are displayed in the InOffice window and can be displayed in the Patient Appointments window.
These appointments are displayed in purple text in both windows.

If this feature is not enabled, posted appointments are permanently deleted from the system. To enable History Appointments, see Setting Scheduler Defaults.
