Getting Started
Entering Data
After you start the program, enter your practice information, and define any necessary settings, you are ready to enter data into the software.
Enter data in the following order:

Provider information:Provider information:This includes the personal information, identification number, specialty, and vacation schedule for each provider in your practice (dentists, assistants, and hygienists).

Transaction codes and fee schedules:Transaction codes and fee schedules:Basic ADA procedures are included with the software. Enter any other codes your office uses and assign fee schedule amounts for each procedure. If a procedure requires a tooth/surface/quadrant, include that information when you enter the code.

Insurance plan and company data for the major plans in your area:Insurance plan and company data for the major plans in your area:Enter insurance company information, including address, default employer, and contact person. After you enter each insurance company, enter information for each insurance plan.

All active accounts and patients with a current balance:All active accounts and patients with a current balance:An active account includes patients you have seen in the last two years. For your insured patients, assign an insurance plan and the patient to account guarantor relationship.
