eServices > Using the ePostings Service
In addition to subscribing to ePostings, there are several settings you must make in the software before you can use the ePostings feature.
Settings are found in the following windows:
Insurance Settings window:Insurance Settings window:
Select the Enable ePostings option. When you click the option, a message is displayed, asking you to contact eServices sales to enable ePostings.
To access this window, select System > Change System Settings > Insurance.

If one or more of the ePostings ADA codes is missing, a message is displayed, asking you to check the Default ADA ePostings Codes section of the Practice dialog.

If you use the Insurance Setup wizard to set up default insurance settings, select the Enable ePostings option. When you click the option, a message is displayed, asking you to contact eServices sales to enable the ePostings service.
To access the wizard, select Wizards > Insurance Wizard.
If one or more of the ePostings ADA codes is missing, a message is displayed, asking you to check the Default ADA ePostings Codes section of the Practice dialog.

Select the ePostings Capable option on the Information tab of the Insurance Co window.
You must select this option for each insurance company that is using ePostings.
To access this window, select List > Ins. Co. and double-click an insurance company.
