Configuring Patient eForms Settings

Use the Patient eForms Settings window to enable or disable eForms delivery for a patient or responsible party.

To configure eForms settings for a patient:

Select an option:

• In the Patient List or Patient window:In the Patient List or Patient window:Select eForms > Patient Settings from the Options section of the Express bar.

• In the Daily Appointments or Book Quick Glance window:In the Daily Appointments or Book Quick Glance window:Right-click on an appointment slot and select eForms > Patient Settings from the drop-down menu.

The Patient eForms Settings window is displayed.
