What's New in Version 14.0 > Reports
Accounting reports have received enhancements in the following areas:
The following register reports can now be exported to Excel: Daily Register, Monthly Register, Yearly Register, Register for a Period, Cumulative Production Report, and the Register Summary Report.
In addition, the Cumulative Production Report and the Register Summary Report enable you to specify how you want the information exported to Excel:
Print Raw Data—Exports the report data to a tab in Excel where each piece of data in the report is in a separate column, enabling you to further manipulate the data using Excel. The report information is displayed on the Raw tab.
Print Formatted Data—Exports the report data to a tab in Excel where the report data is displayed in the same manner as if it were sent to the printer. The report information is displayed on the Formatted tab.
You can also select both options.
See Running Register Reports for more information.
The Provider Daily Summary Report can now be exported to Excel.
In addition, you can specify how you want the information exported to Excel:

You can also select both options.
See Running the Provider Daily Summary Report for more information.
A Print Options section has been added to the Daysheet Report, enabling you to print a specific part of the daysheet. You can print only the patient transactions, only the Provider Summary, only the Deposit Slip, or a combination of these options. Select all of the options to print the entire daysheet.
See Running the Daysheet Report for more information.
Several enhancements have been made to the Account Aging report:
The Account Aging report now enables you to select from a range of overdue accounts, instead of entering a single number and receiving information on all accounts overdue by more than that number. For example, instead of typing 30 and receiving information about all accounts overdue by more than 30 days (which also includes accounts overdue by 60 and 90 days), you can now select a specific range for the report. Ranges for overdue accounts include: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and > 90 days.
See Running the Account Aging Report for more information.
The Practice Aging Summary and Outstanding Insurance Breakdown sections of the report now contain a column showing the Accounts Receivable as a percentage for each of the aging categories—current, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, credits, amounts not on budget plans, and amounts transferred to budget plans.
See Running the Account Aging Report for more information.
A Day To Post field has been added to the Patient Budget Plan report. Information in this field comes directly from the Day To Post field in the Patient Budget Plan window.
See Running the Patient Budget Plan Report for more information.
The Federal Truth In Lending Statement now includes the first installment date for the budget plan. This information comes from the Next Charge To Be Posted field in the Patient Budget Plan window.
See Using Patient Budget Plan Window Options for more information.
