Toolbar Icons

The Toolbar in a patient record contains icons that enable quick access to other areas of R4+, such as searching for another patient, accessing the patient's chart or accessing the Planner. The following icons are displayed:

Select Patient — Opens the Patients Selector window, enabling you to search for another patient.

Last Patient — If the arrow is green, takes you to the patient record that was previously viewed. If the arrow is red, there are no previous records to be viewed.

Next Patient — If the arrow is green, takes you to the next patient record that has already been viewed. If the arrow is red, there are no records to be viewed.

Create Skeleton Record — Opens the Create Patient Record, enabling you to create a new patient record.

View Today's Patients — Displays a list of all patients who have an appointment today. If there are no appointments, a No Appointments Booked message is displayed.

View User Fields — Opens the User Fields window showing all available user fields. If no user fields have been created, the window is blank.

Patient's Photograph — Enables you to view or store a photograph of the patient on their record.

View EDI Claims — Displays all of the EDI claims that have been created for the patient if they are an NHS patient.

View Patient's Chart — Opens the Chart for the current patient, provided that the user has permission to access the chart.

View Planner — Closes the patient record and opens the Planner.
