Archiving a Patient

To archive a patient:

  1. From the Patient window, click File and select Archive.  The Archive Patient window is displayed.

  2. Select the appropriate Archive Reason from the drop-down list.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Click Yes.

  5. Click OK.
